We carefully check the goods before shipping and pack the order with high quality. If after receiving the goods you have a problem, please contact us - we will consider the situation and help find a solution in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of sale.
Terms of exchange and return of goods
1. Return and exchange of goods of proper quality
The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality in cases and within the terms stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
For goods subject to exchange or return, it is necessary that the goods:
- were not in use;
- retained their retail appearance;
- had no traces of use;
- retained the packaging and packaging, if they are part of the goods.
It is advisable to have a document confirming the purchase of the goods in our store (check, receipt, invoice or other order confirmation).
Return or exchange is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Return and Exchange Terms
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
2. Goods of inadequate quality
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, damage or a product that does not correspond to the ordered one, please inform us as soon as possible after receipt.
To consider the appeal, the following may be required:
- order number;
- name and surname of the buyer;
- contact phone number;
- description of the problem;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- photos of damage, if any.
After receiving the information, we will consider the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may be:
- replacement of the product;
- refund;
- elimination of defects in cases provided for by law;
- another solution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
3. If the product was damaged during delivery
We carefully pack the order before handing it over to the delivery service.
If upon receipt you notice:
- damaged packaging;
- broken packaging;
- traces of leakage;
- mechanical damage;
- other signs of damage,
We recommend that you record the condition of the package before or during receipt, if possible.
Take photos or videos of the packaging and the product and inform us of the problem.
If the damage occurred during transportation, we will help to sort out the situation with the delivery service.
4. Features of natural products
Some of Healing Traditions products are of natural origin.
Such products may include:
- plants;
- Palo Santo;
- aromatic materials;
- natural extracts;
- other products of natural origin.
Such products may naturally differ from each other in:
- color;
- shape;
- size;
- texture;
- density;
- shade;
- aroma.
Minor natural differences are not a defect of the product and do not indicate its inadequate quality.
5. Opened and used goods
For reasons of hygiene, safety and preservation of the properties of certain product categories, a return or exchange may not be possible after the integrity of the packaging or use of the product has been violated, if this is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
This may apply, in particular, to goods:
- in airtight packaging;
- of plant origin;
- aromatic materials;
- cosmetic and other goods for which storage conditions are important;
- goods that cannot be re-sold after opening for reasons of hygiene or safety.
Before opening the package, we recommend that you check the product and make sure that it corresponds to your order.
6. Product return procedure
If, according to the law, the product can be returned, the Buyer must first contact us via email and inform us of the desire to return or exchange.
It is advisable to indicate in the message:
- Order number,
- Name and surname,
- Phone number,
- Product name,
- Reason for return.
Please include a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the package.
After receiving the returned goods the manager will contact you for confirmation.
We will inspect the returned goods within 3 business days.
After receiving the request, we will send the buyer the current details for sending the return via Nova Poshta.
7. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges
If the goods have defects, are defective, or the buyer was mistakenly sent a product that does not match the order, the costs associated with its return and exchange are paid by the store in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
If the buyer returns a product of proper quality for personal reasons (for example, the product did not fit or the buyer changed his decision about the purchase), the costs of return shipping are paid by the buyer.
8. Refund
After accepting the returned goods and confirming the return, the funds are returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
The refund period is up to 7 banking days after confirmation of receipt of the goods.
The actual time for the funds to be credited to the card or account may differ from the moment we make the refund, depending on your bank.
9. If you received the wrong product
If your order contains a product that you did not order, please do not use it and contact us.
We will check the information and offer a solution.
If the error was made on our part, we will take care of organizing its correction in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
